God doesn’t want your accomplishments, money, or time; He wants YOU.

IT’S STILL SO CRAZY TO ME THAT GOD JUST SIMPLY WANTS A RELATIONSHIP WITH ME. The Gospel is proof that He wants me. He paid the highest price for me. He gave His absolute best to purchase me. Not because I’m awesome or worthy of his redemption, but because of His amazing grace.

So then, we need to give Him all of us. We need to bring Him in too and give Him every moment He has gifted us.

You see, we limit our relationship with Him when we box it up into formal quiet time or my one hour at Mass at the most, by doing our Christian duty of giving money to the church, spending few hours at a church meeting. God isn’t just something we put on our schedule, in our checkbook, in our must do duties.

Our relationship with Him won’t come alive for us if we limit Him. It comes alive when we choose to see Him in everything. It’s choosing to spend a few extra minutes listening to someone’s heartbreak when the schedule says there’s no time for it. It’s choosing to love those who we don’t really get along with. It’s going out of our way to help someone. It’s giving ourselves away in the middle of the chaos.

So, let’s STOP presenting God all our accomplishment, money and time and let every minute and every hour — be wrapped in the love and power of God.

Let’s have a real relationship with Him where everything we do is for the Glory of His name.

And let’s not be that normal Christian Catholic where we don’t want to get out of our comfort zones but the one who are crazy in love with Christ and go against the current of the normal in today’s world just like He did more than 2000 years ago.

Rich, poor, black, white, short, tall, skinny, fat, not so smart, smart, busy, lazy, or whatever you are… HE WANTS YOU and that’s the awesome part.

1 John 4,10 “Love consists in this: it is not we who loved God, but God loved us and sent his Son to expiate our sins.”
